Introducing Cate Ivy...

I think it's about time I introduce Cate Ivy on the blog.  She is my newest niece born to Uncle James and Aunt Jenna and sister Olivia.  She was born December 7, 2012.  They stopped by this past weekend, so we finally got some pictures.  (We did go visit when she was a week old, but forgot our camera.)  Alaina is enamored and can't get enough.

Olivia knows we have LOTS of princess dresses at our house and didn't last too long before she came down like this.

Checkin' each other out!

Paige and Lainey ADORE their uncles.  Uncle James is always up for horsey rides and all kinds of climbing fun.

Livvy was a little jealous of her daddy playing with her cousins, so her Uncle Mark joined the fun.

It was great to see them and get some snuggles.  Even if I didn't get a picture of myself with Cate.

Introducing.......

Isabelle Ryne(pronounced Ryan).  She is my newest neice born on April 7th.  We got to go visit them this past weekend and meet the sweet peanut.  My girls fell in instant love!
A rare photo with all four girls. Amelia is the proud big sister.
I had a hard time getting my girls to let me have a turn holding her.  Lainey kept kissing her cheeks and was just mesmerized by her tinyness.

Paige is old enough now that she really does a great job holding her.  She is learning that if she starts fussing you need to rock her.  I'm not sure she would have ever put her down.

We tried to get some shots of the girls together for Patrick and Kathy.  It proved to be more difficult than I imagined.  (Kathy - none of these are edited and I just picked a few.  Mark will do a better job, but I wanted to get a post in.)

The best smile picture we could get.  She was pretty smiley for only being 4 weeks old.

Me with my new neice.

My brother and his girls.

Isabelle is such a sweet girl.  We had such a good time and wish they lived closer so we could see them more often.  I offered to bring Amelia home with us for the week and they agreed.  So we are having a super fun week with Amelia.  She is doing great and fits right in.  My girls are totally loving it and have to tell everyone we see that she is their cousin.  I'm sure she will be ready to see Mommy and Daddy on Friday, though!

Easter! (photo bomb)

We spent Easter at Nana and Papa's with Aunt Amber and cousin Olivia.

It is so hard to get a natural pic of the girls these days.  They are so into cheesy poses and smiles.

My uncle Tom and his 3 kids came over for lunch and Easter egg hunt (though I have no pics of them).

It was a beautiful day and the girls had fun playing outside.  Paige loves the old pedal tractor we had when I was a kid.  My dad found a wagon for it and Olivia got a ride.

I think Lainey spent most of the afternoon "walking" Aunt Amber's dog Lucky.

The girls redneck ride!

Love this picture!

We had a great weekend, even if we only got pictures of our girls and Olivia.

My Cousin's Wedding!

We made the 8 hour trip to my cousin's wedding a couple weeks ago.  It was a blast being with family and celebrating the wedding.
Unkie Patrick with my cousin Wendy's kids, Noah and Naomi, and my girls.

Auntie Kathy with Paige

Waiting for the wedding to start with Unkie and Auntie.

The beautiful bride, Ariel, and her father.

Noah, Naomi, Paige, Allie, Alaina, and Ryan.  Allie and Ryan are my cousin, Kimberly's twins and neice and nephew of the groom and now bride.

The kids running circle's around Lucas, Kimberly's husband.  I remember running around at family events with all of my cousins and having a ball when I was younger.  It's so fun to see my kids now playing with those same cousins kids.

My cousin Nicholas and his bride, Ariel, cutting the cake.  They are both avid readers and had all of their favorite books made into cakes as the center pieces with a framed paper telling why those books are dear to them.  It was very cool.

My grandma with the great-grands that were there.  I love this picture.  Note Olivia pulling off Amelia's headband, Alaina grabbing for Ryan, Grandma laughing at the antics.  It's just priceless.

Here is the best we could get of all the kids with Great Grandma.  The kids from the left:  Allie, Paige, Noah, Naomi, Amelia, Olivia, Alaina, and Ryan.

And here are all the kids with the Bride and Groom.

Pretty as a picture!

Lainey with her best bud Noah.  She just adores him!

Uncle James with Olivia.  Aunt Jenna had to work so she didn't get to make the trip.

Lainey dancing with the bride.

And Paige's turn!
